In this condition, there is an injury in the lateral side of the joint and injury damages the cartilage tissues of the knee. This can be a gradual wear and tear. In this condition, the patient suffers from severe pain, swelling in the side knee and there is also difficulty in straightening the knee. The pain can be reduced by doing light and easy exercises.
